SHIPPING
Quaker Street Naturals maintains a low inventory in order to provide our customers with the freshest candles possible. If a specific scent is not in stock, we will need to hand-pour it, and it may take up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped.
If you add RUSH shipping [by clicking here], we will burn the midnight oil to be sure that your order is shipped within 1 week.
RETURNS
If your shipment arrives damaged or broken, please contact the carrier from which it was received.
If you are dis-satisfied with the quality of your purchase for any reason, you must notify us within 5 days and return the item(s) within 10 days for an equal-value exchange or a full refund of the item(s) purchase price.
If the return is the result of an error made by us (wrong item sent, wrong size, etc.), your shipping costs will also be refunded.
If you need to return an item because the proper burning instructions were not followed, or you do not like that particular fragrance, there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
